A big theme of the week is the reality of money. Most people say they can’t achieve their creative goals because of lack of time and money, so spending some time addressing this area is essential in they author’s process.
The title of this section of the process, The Abyss, is appropriate! It actually took me two weeks to do all of the assignments.
A big part of the work this week is all about what they call “securing the inner fortress” and learning more about yourself and the pieces you’ve suppressed and taking a good look at it. To express yourself, you’ve got to know yourself.
Giving myself a weekly ‘time-out’ or an ‘Artist’s Date’ is a fun way to keep from burning out.
